Spotted an error?
Corrections are the most valuable thing you can send. If a spec is out of date, a price looks wrong, or a recommendation misses something, tell us — point us at the source if you can. A note on what we can’t do
We’re a small, independent publisher, not a manufacturer or a retailer — so we can’t handle warranty claims, order support, returns or technical support for any product. For those, contact the brand or the store you bought from. And because we’re smart-home enthusiasts rather than licensed installers, we can’t give professional security advice for a specific property. What we can do is help you understand the gear and buy the right thing.
